The Challenge
The Woodlark Hotel, a luxury destination in Portland, needed to increase reservations while working within a fixed advertising budget. The challenge was to find new efficiencies on both paid social and search channels to drive more bookings without increasing their overall spend.
What We DiD
We focused on a deep optimization of their Meta and Google performance, including the use of Single Keyword Ad Groups (SKAGs) on Google for maximum control. This was paired with a site redesign and CRO optimizations informed by user insights from Microsoft Clarity to improve the booking experience.
